You can reset your password at /login/forgot_password.php.

First, check that you entered your email address correctly. Then follow the steps below—this solves most issues.

Check your username – Your Moodle username is usually your full email address, or an ID provided by K-Lab. If you’re not sure, please confirm it with your teacher/administrator first.

If you forgot your password → use “Forgotten your password?”
On the login page, click the [Forgotten your username or password?] or [Login help] link.
Enter your registered email address and a password reset email will be sent immediately.

If the email doesn’t arrive – Be sure to check your spam, promotions, and updates folders.

Company/school email accounts may block the message due to their security policy. In this case, try requesting a reset with a personal email, or contact the site administrator.

If it still doesn’t work – Contact the site administrator (or your teacher) at suport@k-labbolivia.org and provide details of your issue.

On our LMS, you do not need an enrolment key. Instead, we use a “Course Enrolment Request” process. Please follow the steps below.

[How to request course enrolment]

1. On the main page, click the card of the course you want.

2. On the course introduction page, click the [Enroll Request] button.

3. In the form that appears, enter the following information and click [Submit]:

• - Name
• - Affiliation (school/department/grade/class, etc.)
• - Contact information or employee/student ID number
• - Purpose of taking the course or a brief reason for enrolment (required or optional)
• After submission, you’ll see a “Your request has been received” message, and a confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered.

4. Once your teacher or administrator reviews and accepts your request, you will be automatically enrolled in the course and can start learning right away. (You’ll receive another notification email when approval is complete.)

Please make sure you are using a recent browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) and that your network connection is stable. In many cases, temporarily disabling tracking protection or ad blockers and then refreshing the page resolves the issue. If you are on mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi. If the problem persists, contact the support channel announced in your course.

You can change notification frequency and language (Korean/Spanish/English) under User menu → Preferences in the top-right corner. If you’re using the mobile app, please also check the notification permissions on your device.
